Clean & Easy Banana Bread
Homemade Banana Bread – a treat to pamper yourself after a long week, as a gift to impress a friend, as a bribe to get out of trouble, or just to avoid showing up to that fancy brunch empty handed. This is a recipe you can't live without. Best part is, it's totally guilt-free.

What You'll Need
4 ripe bananas
2 cups of whole wheat flour
1 package of baking powder
1/2 cup of thistle oil
2 tbsp of soy yoghurt
2x a handful of walnuts
1 tbsp of JS Sweet Love
How to Do It
- Grease a cake mold and preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- In a bowl, smash the bananas. Then add the flour, baking powder, oil, soy yoghurt and a tbsp of JS Sweet Love. Mix everything together until a smooth dough is formed.
- Smash the walnuts and at them to the dough. You can also set some aside to use as a topping later on!
- Now add the dough to the mold and bake in the oven for 50 min. Let the smell fill the air! Once time's up, let the bread cool down, which is by far the hardest part.
Well, now you know how to bake the perfect treat. Extra tip, if you add apple slices on top your banana bread, it will be extra fancy.
