Everything in moderation. Except guacamole. Because let's be honest, few things beat fresh, homemade avocado heaven. A typical Mexican dish, and though we don't have the traditional molcajete, we do have the secret ingredient: a pinch of JS Flavors of Mexico.
Preparation time: 15 min
What You Need
How to Do It
- First, chop the tomato and onion in small pieces. Add both ingredients to a bowl and add a little bit of lime juice and JS Fleur de Sel, to start the flavor going.
- Next, cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Hold half the avocado in your hand and using the peal as a base, slice the flesh in small cubes. Once ready, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and add it to the bowl.
- Mix the avocado with the tomato and onion. Squeeze a little more lime juice and add JS Fleur de Sel & JS Five Pepper Seasoning to taste.
- Now for the true magic: 3 pinches of JS Flavors of Mexico
This guacamole also makes a great sauce for grilled meat or oven baked vegetables.
