Homemade Raspberry Iced Tea
If you, like us, are feeling hot hot hot, and need a nice refreshment to get through the crazy heat wave, our very fruity, pleasantly minty, Homemade Raspberry Iced Tea, is a Just Spices guarantee that will freshen up your day.
Preparation time: 25 min
What You'll Need1 handful of mint
2 cups of frozen raspberries
1 cup of fresh raspberries
2-4 tbsp sugar or any other sweetener
Ice cubes or crushed ice
2 pinches JS Smoothie Booster
How It's Done
- First, wash the mint, shake it dry and leave 2 stems aside for decoration.
- Next, we need to make the brew! So, go ahead and boil 1 litre of water. Once boiling, remove the pot from the heat and add the mint. Let it infuse for about 10 minutes. Then, add the frozen raspberries, sugar and the JS Smoothie Booster. Wait another 10 minutes.
- Almost ready! Drain the raspberry-mint tea through a sieve (remove the mint stems and scoop the raspberries through the sieve with a spoon) and let it chill.
- Finally, grab a glass, get some ice, and pour the tea. Add some fresh raspberries and the remaining mint leaves for decor.
And that’s it! Here’s to enjoying a long summer, free from sultriness and full of spice. Cheers everyone!
