Juicy Grilled Salmon
Did you know salmon is rich in Omega-3 Acids and a great source of protein? It's so good and versatile, the cooking possibilities are endless. But, on the grill ... yup, definitely our favorite!

How to Do It
- Dab the salmon dry. Massage a generous portion of the JS Herbs de Provence onto the salmon and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Leave it to rest in the fridge for about 1 hour to allow the salmon to soak up the flavor.
- Next, bring the salmon fillet to room temperature. Grab a sauce pan and heat the olive oil. Once heated, place the salmon skinless-side-down on the grill at medium heat. Extra tip: sprinkle some JS Fleur de Sel on the skin to prevent it from sticking to the grill while cooking.
- Leave the salmon for 2 minutes on the skinless side and then flip the fillet over. Grill it until the skin turns nice and crispy, but the salmon remains juicy inside. You will know the salmon is ready, as you'll effortlessly remove it from the grill.
- Lay it on a plate and season with JS Fleur de Sel & JS Five Pepper Seasoning to taste. Squeeze a little lemon juice on top for ultimate perfection.
BTW, this juicy salmon pairs well with grilled zucchini as well. Buon Appetito!
