Fresh Pico de Gallo

- First, cut the tomato and onion in small pieces, chop the cilantro and add the three ingredients to a bowl.
- Then, squeeze the lemon juice over the chopped ingredients and mix well.
- Add JS Fleur de Sel & JS Five Pepper Seasoning to taste. Finally, for the real magic, 2 pinches of JS Chipotle Chili Seasoning will do the trick. Mix well!
If you have a high tolerance for chili, you can always add some raw jalapeños! Anytime, anywhere, a pico de gallo goes good with anything. Quesadillas, anyone?
