Spaghetti Aop Deluxe Version

Did you know that in Italy there are more than 300 types of pasta? Bella Italia! Am I right? For all of the pasta lovers out there, we have a fantastic Italian dish just for you. It holds a classic schedule, so make time to dry the tomatoes yourself! We assure you the result is particularly delicious. After all, *whispers* we are aiming for the deluxe version!

Preparation time: 20 min

Servings: 4

What You'll Need

4 cups cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp icing sugar
4 cups spaghetti
1 bunch of chives
2 garlic cloves, finely diced
2 pepperoncini, finely diced
4-5 tablespoons olive oil
50 ml white wine
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 parmesan, finely grated
2-3 pinches JS Pasta Alfredo Seasoning
JS Five Pepper Seasoning
JS Fleur de Sel

    How It's Done

    1. First, let’s dry those tomatoes! Wash the tomatoes, pat them dry and cut in half. Add them to a bowl, along with the JS Pasta Alfredo Seasoning and mix well. Once they are completely seasoned, place them side by side on a baking sheet and cover them with baking paper. Put them on a 100-degree oven, with the door slightly open, for 3-4 hours.
    2. Cook the spaghetti according to box instructions with a some JS Fleur de Sel. Meanwhile, add olive oil to a large pan and slowly roast the garlic over medium heat. Just before the garlic turns golden brown, add the pepperoncini and fry briefly. Immediately before the garlic and pepperoncini start getting dark, deglaze with wine and soy sauce. Bring to a boil and add the cooked pasta.
    3. Finally, add the dried tomatoes and season with JS Pasta Alfredo Seasoning and JS Five Pepper Seasoning.Garnish the finished pasta with Parmesan and chives.
