Sweet Love Cheesecake
Craving something sweet? On our watch, it is never a bad time for cheesecake. Although we do recommend you eat this for dessert, who are we to judge your breakfast?

What You'll Need
1 1/2 cups cookies
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
2/3 cup white sugar
5 tbsp + 1 tsp melted butter
2 cups of cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
JS Fleur de Sel
3 pinches of JS Sweet Love
How to Do It
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and let's start with the crust: Mix together the cookies, the confectioners sugar, a pinch of JS Fleur de Sel, and the melted butter. Press the crumbs onto a pie pan. Side note: make sure the bottom layer is thicker than the sides.
- Now for the filling: Use a mixer at low-medium speed to combine the sugar and the cream cheese. Once blended, add the eggs, vanilla (powder and extract), the lemon juice, and a pinch of JS Sweet Love. Mix well and once smooth, fill in the creamy dough into the cake pan.
- Now it's time to place the cheesecake in the oven! Put it in for 20 minutes. Once time's up, cover it with aluminium foil, this will stop the cake from burning. Bake the cake for another 10 minutes.
- We know it’s hard to wait. But... have a little restraint, you’ll be well rewarded! After removing the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly in the pan until the top feels firm. Once it’s properly cooled, sprinkle a little bit more JS Sweet Love for ultimate perfection.
