Bagels with Lox and Avocados
Spice up your Bagels with Lox and Avocados!
1 small red onion, cut into thin slices
Juice from 1 lemon
3 plain bagels, split, toasted
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 avocado, sliced
½ lb. smoked salmon
Fresh dill sprigs
3 Tbsp. Avocado Topping
Place onions in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice; toss to evenly coat onions with the lemon juice.
Spread cut sides of bagel halves with cream cheese.
Place avocados on one half of each bagel, then top the remaining bagel halves with salmon.
Top with onions, dill and Avocado Topping.
