Spice up your Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts!
Ingredients
1 lb. Brussels sprouts
2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. honey
-
1 tsp. Vegetable Allrounder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly, then trim the stems and remove any wilted or discolored outer leaves. Cut the Brussels sprouts lengthwise in half, then place them in a medium bowl.
Mix the remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to the Brussels sprouts; toss to evenly coat the Brussels sprouts with the balsamic vinegar glaze.
Spread the Brussels sprouts onto the bottom of a greased rimmed baking sheet.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until the Brussels sprouts are caramelized and tender, turning the Brussels sprouts occasionally.
Spoon the Brussels sprouts into a serving dish. Drizzle with any of the balsamic glaze remaining on the baking sheet.
Top the roasted Brussels sprouts with your favorite toppings (f.e. almonds and pomegranate seeds).
Tip: Serve these delicious balsamic-roasted Brussels sprouts as a tasty side dish as part of your Christmas dinner or any other winter meal occasion.
