Spice up your Corn Ribs!
Ingredients
4 ears of corn on the cob, cooked
6 Tbsp. oil
½ head of cabbage (approx. 1 lb.)
1-¼ cup sour cream
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
3 carrots
1 onion
1 tsp. salt
4 pinches pepper

Directions
Cut the cabbage into fine strips, then mix with the salt in a large bowl. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Cut each ear of corn into 4 lengthwise pieces. Mix the oil with the BBQ Allrounder, brush onto the corn. Set aside.
Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper.
Press the cabbage to remove as much liquid as possible. Discard the drained liquid.
Peel and grate the carrots, then finely dice the onion. Add carrots and onions to the cabbage, mix lightly. Add the sour cream dressing, toss lightly.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour. After 15 minutes, heat the grill to 400°F. Add the corn to the grill; cook until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with any of the remaining BBQ Allrounder and oil mixture.
Serve with the coleslaw.
