Spice up your Fish Pie!
Ingredients
2 lb. baking potatoes, peeled, coarsely chopped
1 Tbsp. butter
¾ cup sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 cups milk
1 lb. cod fillets
8 oz. smoked mackerel
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 lemon
½ cup frozen peas

Directions
Add potatoes to large saucepan of boiling water; cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pan. Add butter and sour cream; mash until the ingredients are well blended and the potatoes are mashed to desired consistency. Season with salt and set aside.
Heat oven to 350°F.
Bring the milk just to a boil In a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the Fish Allrounder. Add the cod and mackerel. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fish to a cutting board and chop fish into coarse pieces. Reserve the milk for later use.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and leeks; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Add the flour and lemon juice and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to scrape browned bits off the bottom of the skillet. Add the milk and stir. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly and let simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes. Add the fish and peas; mix well.
Pour into deep-sided pie plate. Cover with the mashed potatoes.
Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
Tip: If you have an air fryer, you can instead cook the fish in your air fryer. Then, just add the 2 cups milk to the cooked onion mixture as directed.
