Spice up your Fried Tofu with Sweet and Sour Dip!
Ingredients
8 oz. extra-firm tofu, cut into 2 x 1-inch sticks
⅓ cup flour
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
½ cup plain dry bread crumbs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
⅓ cup sweet-and-sour sauce

¾ tsp. Tofu Allrounder, divided
Directions
Place the tofu sticks in a single layer on a plate. Sprinkle them with ¼ tsp. of the Tofu Allrounder, then set them aside.
Spread the flour onto the bottom of a large pie plate or shallow dish; set aside. Whisk the eggs with the soy sauce and ¼ tsp. Tofu Allrounder in a separate shallow dish until well blended; set aside. In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs with the remaining ¼ tsp. Tofu Allrounder.
Dip the tofu sticks, one at a time, into the flour, then the egg mixture, then the bread crumb mixtures, turning the tofu sticks to evenly coat them with each ingredient before dipping them into the next ingredient. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the tofu sticks; cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until the tofu sticks are crisp and golden brown. Drain them on a paper towel-covered plate.
Serve the tofu sticks with the sweet-and-sour sauce.
