Grilled Salmon with Herb Marinade

Spice up your Grilled Salmon!
Ingredients
1 bunch fresh dill
½ bunch fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
¼ cup sunflower oil
Juice of one lime

4 salmon filets (5 oz. each)

Directions
For the Marinade, wash and pat dry the dill and rosemary. Remove and discard the herb stalks, then finely chop the dill and rosemary; place in a medium bowl. Add the brown sugar, soy sauce and mustard; mix thoroughly. Gradually stir in the oil. Add lime juice and Salmon Allrounder; mix well.
Spread the Marinade over the salmon filets. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Heat the grill to 350°F.
Place the salmon filets, skin sides down, on sheet of oven-safe parchment paper. Sprinkle tops of filets with the Salmon Allrounder.
Place the salmon (on a parchment sheet) on the hot grill rack. Grill for 7 minutes and brushing occasionally with the remaining Marinade. Then, carefully turn the salmon and grill for another 2 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
