Spice up your Honey-Glazed ham!
Ingredients
1 boneless ham (7 lb.)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
¼ cup honey
-
1-½ Tbsp. BBQ Allrounder
Directions
Position the bottom oven rack in the lower third of the oven, then preheat the oven to 325°F.
Place the ham on a rack in a roasting pan. Add 1 cup water to the pan.
Mix the butter, mustard, honey and BBQ Allrounder until well blended, then rub the glaze evenly over the ham. Completely cover the ham and pan with foil.
Bake the ham for 2 hours and 20 minutes or until the ham is done (140°F).
Remove the ham from the oven, then turn the oven off and heat the broiler.
Discard the foil. Broil the ham for 2 minutes or until the glaze is golden brown. (Watch carefully so the glaze does not burn.)
Remove the ham from the oven. Let stand for about 15 minutes before carving to serve.
Tip: If necessary, the baked ham can be kept warm in the oven set at a low temperature until ready to serve. For best results, keep the ham covered with the foil when in the oven.
