Italian Meatball Pasta

Spice up your Italian Meatball Pasta!
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup bread crumbs, dry
2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. JS Italian Meatball
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
2 cans (14-½ oz. each) whole tomatoes, undrained

1 Tbsp. JS Pasta Allrounder
¼ tsp. salt
1 lb. spaghetti

Directions
Heat oven to 325ºF.
For the meatballs, mix the meat with the garlic in a large bowl. Add the breadcrumbs, cheese, egg, salt and Italian Meatball Seasoning; mix just until blended.
Shape the meat mixture into 12 meatballs; place them in a parchment-covered rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes. (Meatballs will not be done.)
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook for 5 minutes, while stirring frequently. Add the tomato paste; cook and stir for 30 sec. Add the tomatoes, Pasta Allrounder and salt; stir. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally; simmer over medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
Add the meatballs; stir. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the meatballs are heated through and done, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan until al dente.
Drain the spaghetti. Add to the sauce; toss to evenly coat spaghetti with sauce.
Tip: Serve topped with a sprinkling of additional freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
