Spice up your Mediterranean Roll-Ups!
Ingredients
2 whole wheat tortillas (8 inch)
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup torn mixed salad greens, divided
10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup dried tomatoes, sliced
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives

4 tsp. Caprese Topping
Directions
Heat the tortillas as directed on the package; spread with tomato paste.
Reserve half of the lettuce for later use.
Cover the tortillas with the remaining lettuce, then top with the remaining ingredients, including the reserved lettuce.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, then cut into slices to serve.
