Spice up your One Pot Tomato Pasta!
Ingredients
1 red onion
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup water
1 lb. orecchiette pasta
1 bag (8 oz.) baby spinach
2 cups cherry tomatoes
1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Pasta Allrounder
Directions
Peel and finely chop the onion. Heat the olive oil in a wide pot over medium heat. Add the onions; cook and stir for about 3 minutes. Add the Pasta Allrounder, then cook and stir for about 30 seconds.
Add the diced tomatoes and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil. Add salt and pasta; stir. Simmer for 15 minutes or just until the pasta is tender.
Meanwhile, wash and spin dry the spinach, then cut the tomatoes in half.
About 5 minutes before the pasta is done, stir the spinach and tomatoes into the One Pot Pasta.
