Spice up your Parmesan-Crusted Potatoes!
Ingredients
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup + 4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided use
2 lb. small russet potatoes, cut in half

2 Tbsp. Potato Allrounder
Salt to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Combine the Parmesan cheese and the Potato Allrounder in a small bowl.
Pour ¼ cup of the olive oil into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Tilt the dish to evenly coat the bottom of the dish with the oil.
Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly onto the bottom of the oiled dish. Do not stir.
Place the potatoes, cut sides down, over the cheese in the baking dish. Firmly press the potatoes into the oil mixture.
Drizzle 4 Tbsp. olive oil over the potatoes, then sprinkle the potatoes with the salt.
Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the Parmesan cheese is dark golden brown.
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Let the potatoes stand in the dish for 5 minutes before carefully separating the potatoes with a spatula or fork, then turning the potatoes over before transferring them, cut sides up, to a serving platter.
Tip: Serve with your favorite dip, such as sour cream.
