Salmon Carpaccio with Avocado and Orange

Spice up your Salmon Carpaccio with Avocado and Orange!
Ingredients
2 oranges
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. smoked salmon slices
2 avocados, cut into thin slices

1 tsp. Salmon Allrounder
Directions
Cut 1 orange into sections by holding the orange over a bowl, then cutting the orange between the membranes to remove the sections. Repeat with the remaining orange. Set the orange sections aside.
Pour 1 Tbsp. of the reserved orange juice into a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, olive oil and Salmon Allrounder; mix well.
Place the salmon slices in a single layer on a large serving plate. Top evenly with the avocado slices and orange sections.
Drizzle with the orange juice mixture.
Tip: Top with capers before serving.
