1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 sashimi quality tuna fillet (1 lb.), cut into ½-inch cubes
1 avocado, cut into thin slices
1 mango, cut into ½-inch cubes
½ cucumber, cut into thin strips
1 spring onion, sliced
½ black radish, cut into thin strips

Directions
Cook the rice as directed on the package; spoon into a medium bowl. Add the sugar and rice vinegar; mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours or until chilled.
Mix the Dressing ingredients until well blended.
