If you find yourself turning to the same spices, then give our Harissa mix some of your attention. A versatile spice with a depth of flavor and not too much heat, the Harissa mix will bring a vibrant, delicious variation to your same old spice routine.
Lamb, beef, eggplant, falafel, there's not a lot the Harissa mix doesn't compliment. Try it as a marinade for chicken, a rub for roast of BBQ vegetables, and add to your sauces for some extra smoky heat.
On its own, try it over meat or meat alternatives. Add the Harissa mix to oil to use as a marinade, and add to taste to sauces and stews.
Yes and no. The depth of flavor in our Harissa mix can be intense for some kids, with its tangy, smoky and slightly spicy notes. As always, try it out with your kids to see how they like it.
Because our spice mixtures are impermeable to light and air, they stay fresh for a long time and retain their intense flavor. It is therefore important that you store the tins in a cool and dry place. The Harissa mix has a shelf life of 30 months from production.
