  • 1/2 cup
    rice milk
  • 1/2 cup
    water
  • 3/4 cup
    flour
  • For the Marinade:

  • 1/4 tsp

  • 3 tbsp
    vegan BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1/3 cup
    water
  • For the Dip:

  • 1/2 cup
    plant-based yogurt
  • 1/4 cup
    grainy mustard
  • 1 tbsp
    agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp
    apple cider vinegar
  • salt

Directions

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into small florets. In a bowl, whisk together the rice milk, water, and flour. Season with 4 pinches of Vegetable Allrounder and a pinch of salt.

Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing the excess to drain. Place them in the preheated air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 25 minutes.

For the marinade, bring the BBQ sauce, water, tomato paste, and 1 pinch of Vegetable Allrounder to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Once the cauliflower is cooked, transfer it to a bowl, toss it in the marinade, and place it back in the air fryer. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.

For the dip, mix the plant-based yogurt, mustard, agave syrup, apple cider vinegar, and 2 pinches of salt in a bowl until well combined.

Serve the crispy cauliflower buffalo wings with the dip on the side.
