How to Make Fluffy Scrambled Eggs

Want irresistibly fluffy scrambled eggs? Follow these tips:

Whisk vigorously: Beat the eggs vigorously for about 30 seconds to incorporate air into the mixture. This helps create light, fluffy eggs.

Dont overmix in the pan: While whisking is important, avoid over-stirring the eggs in the pan. Overmixing can make them dense and tough. Stir gently, letting the eggs form soft curds.

Use low heat: Cooking scrambled eggs over low heat ensures a fluffier texture. High heat cooks them too quickly, making them dry. Low and slow results in tender, airy eggs.

Add a touch of dairy: Mixing in a little milk, cream, or sour cream to the beaten eggs can make them even fluffier. The dairy adds richness and a tender texture.

Take them off the heat early: Scrambled eggs continue cooking after you remove them from the heat. To avoid overcooking, take them off the heat when they look slightly underdone – the residual heat will finish the job perfectly.
