3 mozzarella balls
3 tomatoes on the vine
Fresh basil leaves
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
½ tsp. Caprese Topping
Cut the mozzarella balls into thin wedges, being careful not to cut all the way through to the opposite side of each ball.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Tuck the tomato slices along with basil leaves into the cuts in the mozzarella balls.
Carefully transfer the mozzarella fans to a serving plate. Drizzle with the olive oil and vinegar.
Sprinkle with the Caprese Topping.
