Ingredients
1 cucumber, cut into 2-inch cubes
2 red peppers, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 red onion, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices

⅓ cup mixed pitted green and black olives
5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
3 Tbsp. olive oil

Whisk the Dressing ingredients in a small bowl until well blended.
Add the Dressing to the Salad; mix lightly.
