Ingredients

1-½ lbboneless skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into strips

1red pepper, cut into thin strips

1green pepper, cut into thin strips

1yellow onion, cut into thin slices

¼ cupolive oil

¼ cupFajita Sauce

6flour tortillas (8 or 10 inch)

¼ cupsour cream
-
3green onions, sliced

1 tspsalt

For the Guacamole
-

2avocados, finely chopped
-
1tomato, chopped
-
1 bunchof fresh cilantro, finely chopped
-
1red chili, seeded, finely chopped

3 Tbspolive oil

1lime, juiced
Directions
Place the chicken in a medium shallow baking dish. Add the peppers, yellow onions, oil and Fajita Sauce; stir to combine. Season with the salt and Guacamole Seasoning.
Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat the oven to 400°F.
Bake the chicken and vegetables for 20 minutes or until the chicken is done, adding the tortillas to the oven for the last 2 minutes of the baking time.
Prepare the Guacamole by combining the avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, chilis, oil and lime juice in a medium bowl. Stir in the Guacamole Seasoning. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spoon the chicken and vegetables onto the tortillas and roll up.
Serve topped with the prepared guacamole, sour cream and green onions.
