Attention, fellow food enthusiasts! Who needs sausages when you can have burgers from the grill? This classic burger recipe is not only quick to prepare, but also a real treat. Ingredients
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 gherkins, finely chopped
1-½ tsp. ketchup

½ tsp. Burger Allrounder
2 ground beef patties (½ lb. each)
2 hamburger buns
¼ cup tightly packed arugula
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 tomato, sliced

Directions
Heat the grill to 400°F.
For the burger sauce, mix the mayonnaise with the chopped gherkins, ketchup and Burger Allrounder in a medium bowl until well blended.
Place the beef patties on the hot grill grate; grill 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F), adding the buns, cut sides down, to the grill for the last few seconds of the burger cooking time to toast the buns until golden brown.
Remove burgers from the grill; sprinkle each burger with 1/2 tsp. of the Burger Allrounder.
Spread Burger Sauce evenly onto cut sides of buns. Place arugula, onions, tomatoes and the patties on the bottom halves of buns; cover with tops of buns.

Cooking Tip for Perfect Burgers
If you want your beef patties to be medium rare, cook them for 6 - 7 minutes total. If you want them to be more well done you can leave them on a bit longer on each side. When you cook the burgers 5 - 5 minutes on each side you’ll get a well done burger. If you want to take a step even further you can also use a thermometer to check the internal temperature. Medium - rare meat should be ready at 130°–135°F, Medium at 140°–145°F, and Well-done at 160°F.
