Spice up your Pork Tacos!
Ingredients
1-½ lb refrigerated pulled pork
¼ cup taco sauce

1 Tbsp. Mexican Allrounder
2 avocados, chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 red onion, finely chopped
1 chili pepper, seeded, finely chopped
Juice from 1 lime
3 Tbsp. olive oil
½ tsp. salt
12 taco shells
1 cup sour cream
1 lime, cut into 4 wedges

Directions
Cook the pulled pork, the taco sauce and Mexican Allrounder in a medium saucepan over medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently. Keep warm until ready to use.
Meanwhile, heat the taco shells as directed on the package.
Mix all the Guacamole ingredients until well blended.
Spoon the guacamole evenly into the taco shells; top with the meat and sour cream.
Serve with the lime wedges on the side.
