Spice up your Toad in the Hole!

Ingredients

    Casserole Allrounder

    eggs
  • ¾ cup
    milk
  • 1 cup
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    sunflower oil
  • 8
    breakfast sausages
  • Dash of salt

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Meanwhile, whisk the eggs with the milk and flour in a medium bowl until well blended. Season with the salt and the Casserole Allrounder. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

Brush the inside of a 2-qt. casserole dish with the oil. Add the sausages; bake for 10 minutes or until the sausages are evenly browned, turning after 5 minutes.

Pour the prepared batter over the sausages.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
